‘Ching Soo’s Granddaughter’

A talk by Sandra McFarlane on behalf of the Japan Society North West, and celebrating National Womens Day (8th March)- ‘Ching Soo’s Granddaughter’ which features Japanese Embroidery and a display of work. ‘Reprise’

Natural Progression Textile Group’s Exhbition at Avant is up and running, and looking pretty good. We have been joined by three new members whose work brings contrast and diversity to the overall look. Most of the work is for sale, and the event is well worth a visit. The cafe at Avant Garden Centre is pretty good too. The exhibition comes down on Wednesday 24th January, but then moves to Shevington Library on from 2nd February. We will be exhibiting additional small items there so more to see!!...
